      Pros

      Paid for my health insurance for a couple months during the pandemic. That was helpful because my significant other had a decrease in hours. I can work from home whenever I need to. My supervisor has set me up to connect with a office computer.

      Cons

      Nothing I can think of. The old office had cons but the new office is clean and right off the highway.

      Pros

      Very organized infrastructure, lots of resources and support, everyone is so friendly and helpful, you work independently, but have instant access to people who can help. Very relaxed atmosphere, no micromanaging, yet somehow everything still gets done. This has been a great experience so far!

      Cons

      No PTO, pay structure is unusual but there is uncapped earning potential.

      - kind and helpful environment. Everyone is willing to work together - customer focused - work that makes you feel like you are making a difference

      Cons

      Low pay for office compared to other jobs in the field. So Customer focused sometimes to the detriment of internal staff Obviously hierarchy of departments
