Pros

Notice the similar wording. “None that I can think of” Schedule flexibility.

Cons

It’s HQ vs providers mentality. When you ask for something you need to do your job you are merely inconveniencing them. They will schedule you at a nursing home but not tell the nursing home. No 401k match. Minimal training.

Pros

Very organized infrastructure, lots of resources and support, everyone is so friendly and helpful, you work independently, but have instant access to people who can help. Very relaxed atmosphere, no micromanaging, yet somehow everything still gets done. This has been a great experience so far!

Cons

No PTO, pay structure is unusual but there is uncapped earning potential.

- kind and helpful environment. Everyone is willing to work together - customer focused - work that makes you feel like you are making a difference

Cons

Low pay for office compared to other jobs in the field. So Customer focused sometimes to the detriment of internal staff Obviously hierarchy of departments
