Pros
Most of the people at the company are nice and friendly and will help you with any questions you may have. The company offers health care services to nursing home residents so your work (whatever role you get hired for) is important and means something. The CEO is down to earth and approachable from my introduction of him. Supervisors seem to be very fair and flexible from what I've experienced. There's free coffee, spring water, a holiday party and summer BBQ for employees. Vacation time is also good.
Cons
The pay could be better for the amount of work that needs to be done. Training is not great but it's not entirely horrible either. Hire more people to do the work needed instead of expecting people to do 2 - 3 times the work humanly possible. Also no 401K match, no tuition reimbursement, no options to work remotely for regular employees unless you are management.
