Pros

There was literally one employee out of the bunch who had some integrity and morality.

There is a myriad of issues and malpractice that takes place at this business. If HealthDrive is in the runnings for worse company running in America, Im sure the competition would be thin as their retention rate. After taking this job in early 2022, the description rapidly changed. Bonuses were promised that were never ever given. 10% of your annual pay each quarter was promised when the company was profitable. The exact words of the hiring manager were “I’ve been here almost a decade and we’ve gotten bonuses every quarter” That is until my first quarter at the company. Every single employee that had been there knew that bonuses weren’t going out. This job went from entirely remote to me traveling 100+ miles in my own vehicle with no reimbursement for mileage, meals, or upkeep to my vehicle. When I was ‘terminated for not meeting my job requirements” I was 60 miles from my home working in a Nursing Home for the company. The explanation was, kids can’t be home while this job is worked. What was interesting about that was, I wasn’t at home. I was on the road, so what my kids had to do with any of that? I’m still till this day unsure. The management is ran poorly. So there was no open door policy. There was no honesty or integrity from any of the employees there. believe in the months I worked there, we received one bonus, and not only was it not 10% of our annual salary, it was 10% of 10% of our annual salary. Which was a slap in the face for the salaried position that caused earlier mornings and later evenings and nights of work. Ethically, and morally this is the worse company I have ever worked for. With some vile people in it as well. I believe I was ‘terminated’ because of my understanding of what was actually taking place behind the scenes and not my work. I asked for a clearer understanding of my job description because I was being asked to travel hours outside of my city, with no explanation or compensation for the change. I traveled and managed to make things work on my own. And was given a performance plan, after asking for a clearer understanding of my job description. The day before the performance plan ended I had for weeks at the time scheduled off time for one day off for personal time with family. I received a call while I was out in another city stating I’d be terminated and I wouldn’t get my last check unless I mailed in my phone and laptop that night or the next. I reached out to management and HR for an explanation of my separation and received threats of legal action and forfeiture of my last check. I sent in the equipment and my life has been much better since. However, if I can save someone 30 days, 60 days, or in my case 10 or 11 months of pure negativity and flat out lies, I must do so. Do not work for healthdrive or with anyone who works there.

Pros

Very organized infrastructure, lots of resources and support, everyone is so friendly and helpful, you work independently, but have instant access to people who can help. Very relaxed atmosphere, no micromanaging, yet somehow everything still gets done. This has been a great experience so far!

Cons

No PTO, pay structure is unusual but there is uncapped earning potential.

Pros

- kind and helpful environment. Everyone is willing to work together - customer focused - work that makes you feel like you are making a difference

Cons

Low pay for office compared to other jobs in the field. So Customer focused sometimes to the detriment of internal staff Obviously hierarchy of departments
