Pros
This company is in the field of Nursing Home care. Nursing Homes have not really changed in the 40+ years that I have been working with them. HealthDrive has been able to find a way to excel in this field where others have failed, while also caring for a population that usually forgotten or hidden. Working here has always been evolving and growing to make sure the company thrives and the population is cared for. HealthDrive has been understanding and flexible throughout the years with its employees, giving them a chance to excel where they would otherwise not. The environment is friendly and open, with lots of opportunity to find a fit for a work style. It is a rewarding experience to know that we are helping people who would otherwise be without the care this company provides.
Cons
Working on healthcare with nursing homes is not the most lucrative job, so salaries are competitive but not exaggerated. There is upwards mobility but it is limited.
