      Pros

      I am coming up on my 3 year anniversary and this is by far my favorite job. I learned in a meeting all of the projects going on for this year and it is such a busy place. My suggestions were heard by my manager, not that I want to add to their plate but this place really seems to have a good future. So happy I found my job. My friend starts in two weeks too!

      Cons

      Having to balance incoming calls with my daily work load. But I think I am still just getting used to it.

      Pros

      Very organized infrastructure, lots of resources and support, everyone is so friendly and helpful, you work independently, but have instant access to people who can help. Very relaxed atmosphere, no micromanaging, yet somehow everything still gets done. This has been a great experience so far!

      Cons

      No PTO, pay structure is unusual but there is uncapped earning potential.

      - kind and helpful environment. Everyone is willing to work together - customer focused - work that makes you feel like you are making a difference

      Cons

      Low pay for office compared to other jobs in the field. So Customer focused sometimes to the detriment of internal staff Obviously hierarchy of departments
