When I started working at HealthDrive, I was looking for a short-term job solution, but I have now been here for 4 years! I was promoted within my first year, and my manager and team continue to help me grow and foster my potential. Plus, people here genuinely care about each other and look out for each other -- it's a wonderful feeling working for a company like HealthDrive.

There have been some gaps in communication in the past, but this past year, the company leaders have really improved the communication outlets and overall transparency.

Very organized infrastructure, lots of resources and support, everyone is so friendly and helpful, you work independently, but have instant access to people who can help. Very relaxed atmosphere, no micromanaging, yet somehow everything still gets done. This has been a great experience so far!
Cons
No PTO, pay structure is unusual but there is uncapped earning potential.
