Pros

From the very beginning, the experience felt welcoming, thoughtful, and well organized. The recruitment process was smooth and informative, and every interview felt like a genuine opportunity to have real conversations and build meaningful connections. The team was incredibly supportive throughout both hiring and onboarding, which made the transition feel seamless. A great example of the company’s culture is Trailhead, an experience designed to bring new hires together early on and help them connect, learn, and feel part of the organization right away. It’s clear there is a lot of intention behind how employees are supported, especially when it comes to building connection from day one.

Cons

Still early in my time here, but no major cons to note so far.

Pros

Remote work environment; amazing coworkers and low level management.

Cons

This company makes a habit of taking as much of your time and talents as they can while providing as little as they can get away with in return. Your time will only be compensated to an extent, the rest is just smoke and mirrors while hourly folks work off the clock and salaried folks are provided with more ad-hoc duties than the actual job description. They will turn a blind eye to those overworking to keep up with an unmanageable workload, and brag about the free therapy sessions we get in return. No one even has time to use them. People are now picking up weekend jobs to make ends meet and they ignore these callouts. There’s also this subtle, unspoken fear that started creeping in over the last couple of years. People allow the mistreatment out of fear of job loss. It’s quite interesting to see what we all put up with. Sad, but interesting nonetheless.
