Pros
upper level management is incredible, have a very strong vision and great ethics company seems to be progressing management is flexible with work hours/commitments friends co-workers
Cons
very low pay (does not reward talent/education for pay) lower level management is very political and drama filled management often hires internally based on friendships, ect. lacks monetary incentives half of lower level management does not even want to be there very much overcrowded "purple attitude" is often converted to favoritism and friendship hiring system
