True transparency with legacy Wageworks

Where do I start? *Assume positive intent* they said. Code for we can say or do anything we want and you have to assume we are not lying to you. Very green, inexperienced, immature People team. COO said everyone will be treated with Dignity and Respect. Not on legacy Wageworks they weren't - in fact - just the opposite. Arrogance is amazing. No strategic thought or consideration of how work will get done. Have never made an acquisition this size before - and clearly they have no clue what they are doing.
