Pros

I like most of the poeple that I work with.

Cons

Forced to choose between getting vaccinated and keeping your job. I am not anti vaccine, but I am against forcing people to get it. Company has gone downhill since the WW merger No work life balance Upper management has lost touch with the front line workers.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review and we appreciate your feedback about the HealthEquity vaccine mandate as we comply with the Executive Order for federal contractors. President Biden's Safety Task Force provided guidance that organizations that do business with the Federal government, like HealthEquity, must collect proof of COVID-19 vaccination from all team members, whether on-site, remote, or hybrid. Team members who meet narrow medical or religious-based exemptions are excluded. Pros

From the very beginning, the experience felt welcoming, thoughtful, and well organized. The recruitment process was smooth and informative, and every interview felt like a genuine opportunity to have real conversations and build meaningful connections. The team was incredibly supportive throughout both hiring and onboarding, which made the transition feel seamless. A great example of the company’s culture is Trailhead, an experience designed to bring new hires together early on and help them connect, learn, and feel part of the organization right away. It’s clear there is a lot of intention behind how employees are supported, especially when it comes to building connection from day one.

Cons

Still early in my time here, but no major cons to note so far.
