Pros

Some bad leaders have left but too many still remain

Cons

Got fed up seeing someone respond to these Glassdoor reviews with "talk to leaders or the HR team" as I know no good comes of it. I promise you are best served to keep your head down, mouth shut, until you find a new job. Heart and soul is gone. Corporate mistakes through senior leadership disconnect as well as legal and HR red tape.

Pros

From the very beginning, the experience felt welcoming, thoughtful, and well organized. The recruitment process was smooth and informative, and every interview felt like a genuine opportunity to have real conversations and build meaningful connections. The team was incredibly supportive throughout both hiring and onboarding, which made the transition feel seamless. A great example of the company’s culture is Trailhead, an experience designed to bring new hires together early on and help them connect, learn, and feel part of the organization right away. It’s clear there is a lot of intention behind how employees are supported, especially when it comes to building connection from day one.

Cons

Still early in my time here, but no major cons to note so far.
