Pros

Pay is okay, decent benefits. Diverse workforce.

Cons

Micromanaged and handled like a toddler. While you don't have a script you do have a bunch of stuff you have to say or you will be hammered on it. You will be questioned about every second of every shift. Need a moment to breath between back to back to back aggressive calls? Too bad. They try to act like a progressive company (diversity is a plus) but they struggle to actually be progressive when it comes to workloads and how they treat team members. Supervisors can be helpful but it seems like the training they go through tells them to be super sweet and is so artificial and offputting. All of this is not to mention that it is a customer service job and all the "fun" that goes with that. Definitely not the worst job you can get if you're in a pinch but feel as free as they do to look elsewhere.

Pros

From the very beginning, the experience felt welcoming, thoughtful, and well organized. The recruitment process was smooth and informative, and every interview felt like a genuine opportunity to have real conversations and build meaningful connections. The team was incredibly supportive throughout both hiring and onboarding, which made the transition feel seamless. A great example of the company’s culture is Trailhead, an experience designed to bring new hires together early on and help them connect, learn, and feel part of the organization right away. It’s clear there is a lot of intention behind how employees are supported, especially when it comes to building connection from day one.

Cons

Still early in my time here, but no major cons to note so far.
