Management was appalling. It was an absolute nightmare showing up for work every day.
Direct management canceled essential onboarding training because they thought they could do it better. Then they just didn't train me and got mad when I didn't know how to do something I should have been trained on.
Management also neglected massive, glaring issues and left me to fend for myself with those issues, like how every time I test something on WalkMe, it would error out and I would need to clear cache and cookies. This resulted in the time it took to test something to go from 5 minutes to 5 hours. Like, what imbecile would just leave that for their junior and wish them luck instead of having a 30 min sit down with IT and fix it before hiring people who would be directly affected by it, then have the utter gal to tell that person they shouldn't be wasting time and publishing directly to prod without testing?
The experience culminated in me wanting to leave the company because they were going to take away my non-refundable trip that I asked for off months in advance, among other punishments for my lack of performance, because again, no training on their internal systems and rampant systemic issues kinda make it hard to do much. That and my immediate management just gave up the nice act and would just yell at me for things THEY screwed up, then when they realize they messed everything up say it was an honest mistake or they had a headache etc.
Just run away. If you're interested in this role, don't be. Please find work elsewhere.
