Thank you for recognizing the strength of our Purple culture—we’re proud of the inclusive, values-driven environment we strive to create. You’re right that with growth and modernization comes change, and we know that can create challenges, especially for project-heavy teams. We're working to balance our ambition with the support our teams need to succeed. Feedback like yours helps us do that better—thank you.

Pros

From the very beginning, the experience felt welcoming, thoughtful, and well organized. The recruitment process was smooth and informative, and every interview felt like a genuine opportunity to have real conversations and build meaningful connections. The team was incredibly supportive throughout both hiring and onboarding, which made the transition feel seamless. A great example of the company’s culture is Trailhead, an experience designed to bring new hires together early on and help them connect, learn, and feel part of the organization right away. It’s clear there is a lot of intention behind how employees are supported, especially when it comes to building connection from day one.

Cons

Still early in my time here, but no major cons to note so far.
