Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. HealthEquity complies with applicable law. As a federal contractor, HealthEquity was required in 2021 to notify its employees of President Biden's Executive Order which mandated that the employees of federal contractors receive the COVID-19, absent an accommodation based on disability or religious belief. But we also notified our employees 3 months later that we were removing the upcoming vaccination deadline after a federal judge enjoined the Executive Order. HealthEquity also takes its Policy Against Unlawful Harassment and Discrimination very seriously, including making employment decisions based on merit and not protected class. If you believe you experienced discrimination during your employment, we wish you would have availed yourself of HealthEquity's published complaint mechanisms so that we could investigate your concerns. You can still do so now by making a report via HealthEquity's ethics hotline.

Pros

From the very beginning, the experience felt welcoming, thoughtful, and well organized. The recruitment process was smooth and informative, and every interview felt like a genuine opportunity to have real conversations and build meaningful connections. The team was incredibly supportive throughout both hiring and onboarding, which made the transition feel seamless. A great example of the company’s culture is Trailhead, an experience designed to bring new hires together early on and help them connect, learn, and feel part of the organization right away. It’s clear there is a lot of intention behind how employees are supported, especially when it comes to building connection from day one.
