As a federal contractor, HealthEquity was required in 2021 to notify its employees of President Biden's Executive Order which mandated that the employees of federal contractors receive the COVID-19, absent an accommodation based on disability or religious belief. But we also notified our employees 3 months later that we were removing the upcoming vaccination deadline after a federal judge enjoined the Executive Order. HealthEquity also takes its Policy Against Unlawful Harassment and Discrimination very seriously, including making employment decisions based on merit and not protected class.
