Pros
I started a new career at age 52. After working 45 to 50 Hours for some one else and getting let go for no other reason then they picked my brains and got what they wanted. Now I work the same amount of hours and am making more money then I did before. You always want higher commissions and better leads. But leads are just a name and a number. Really no Cons
