Pros

There is no where in this industry that will ever allow you to be able to help almost all clients you will encounter with essentially ALL options! No where will you find an opportunity that goes to market like HealthMarkets, does the marketing that is done by HealthMarkets, or has the qualify of training for the agent, the technology to track your clients and plan your business, and also the compensation to allow for you to make whatever you want to make!

Cons

I cannot think of any. Yet, there seems to be a common thread of the folks that do not make it in our opportunity and what they then ultimately say about it. Here is what I say. This opportunity gives a person the BEST opportunity to ensure success provided you are willing to work hard and to start out with the best practices that we teach you! The folks that think money is simply going to fill up in a bag and fall out of a tree and hit you in the head need not apply!

Tons of resources, easily available feedback from superiors, company offers motivating trips if reach sales goals

Cons

No local office to report to, variable schedule, very busy during open enrollment and must renew licenses yearly
