Pros
Fellow employees were always great. Maintained a work/life balance. Middle management was good at listening to staff and open to new ideas.
Cons
Due to some recent healthcare reform laws there has been a change of company focus. Recently a lot of downsizing. Outsourced some areas to overseas and third party vendors. Employees concerned about the long term outlook.
