      Pros

      Excellent CRM System, excellent training, most proficient secretary and agent contracting ever, generous marketing account, vast mount of health and life plans to offer, no charge backs

      Cons

      Have to drive long distances to clients, mandatory weekly meetings, commission only, no base salary; with hours long lots of days if you really are trying to help people

      Tons of resources, easily available feedback from superiors, company offers motivating trips if reach sales goals

      Cons

      No local office to report to, variable schedule, very busy during open enrollment and must renew licenses yearly
