      Pros

      Some training but at a high cost

      Cons

      Low commissions and limited on what you can sell. They make it about the company not the client and not the agent but it’s not presented that way. Pushing products that benefit the company the most. Much smoke and mirrors with hire in promises and exciting videos.

      Tons of resources, easily available feedback from superiors, company offers motivating trips if reach sales goals

      Cons

      No local office to report to, variable schedule, very busy during open enrollment and must renew licenses yearly
