      Pros

      being your own boss, but completely mirco managed

      Cons

      They will train you the wrong way to sell, they try to be sneaky and add a bunch of extras onto peoples coverage. Then they blame the agent even though this is their training process

      Tons of resources, easily available feedback from superiors, company offers motivating trips if reach sales goals

      Cons

      No local office to report to, variable schedule, very busy during open enrollment and must renew licenses yearly
