      Pros

      there is none that I can think of

      Cons

      They give you really low commission, their training is horrible and they pretend to always be there for you but that is not the case. They don't tell you everything you need to know. Also force you to sell their products over others even if its not better for the client.

      Tons of resources, easily available feedback from superiors, company offers motivating trips if reach sales goals

      Cons

      No local office to report to, variable schedule, very busy during open enrollment and must renew licenses yearly
