Access to the best insurance carriers in the market. Super helpful network to pull from. CRM is very user friendly which helps with client relations. A company that promotes your own success. Very approachable chain of hierarchy that uses agent input to make adjustments.
Cons
If done correctly you will not qualify for any type of subsidy on the Affordable Care Act, which just means you are making too much money (if that is a con).
