Pay is competitive for PTAs, upper management listens to your concerns IF YOU POINTEDLY ADDRESS THEM, good benefits, free ceus if you're full time
Cons
I've been in different buildings, one before a multistate move, then transferred to another one after I moved. There seems to be problems with keeping consistent speech coverage company wide. DORs seem to be stretched too thin during time of company expansion. At times there have not been enough computers.
