Horrible!!! - Anonymous employee HealthPRO Heritage Employee Review

Makes you work 8.5 hrs a day with a 30 minute lunch. Usually can't take the lunch because they over pack your schedule with patients and don't give you enough time to write notes. Some stay late to finish up notes but they make you punch out at your scheduled time. Time management is a must to work here. Borderline unethical. Healthpro will use you for their needs and will get rid of you when they don't have use for you. Horrible benefits. Most employees use their spouses benefits or opt out all together. Overall most employees are unhappy with the company. Just don't waste your time.
