Pros
Flexibility of hours Therapists were great to work with Productivity was reasonable (82%)
Cons
Rarely got 40 hours and had to get at least 30 hours or use PTO to stay full-time which meant unethically picking up patients to keep caseload full. Management was awful- very selfish, only cared about building numbers, looking good for upper management because she wanted a job in management, was never there (“worked” from home pretty much everyday), did NOT care about the therapists, makes up rules for her benefit. Bad health insurance No 401k match When trying to get into contact with HR about unjust treatment, HR NEVER responded to emails. No holiday pay Company will NOT pay for required TB testing, CPR, physical, or needed tools such as O2 monitor, B/P cuff, etc. You have to pay. No overtime— got yelled at by manager for going over 1 hour.
