      The job was flexible, enjoyed my direct supervisors.

      Cons

      Lack of communication from higher ups, benefits aren’t great, lack of support from higher ups, lots of employees come and go. Higher ups are very unprofessional and at times rude.

      Pros

      I recruit for so many positions that have some of the greatest perks/benefits when it comes to the therapy field. HealthPRO has an innovative team of leaders working together to continue to provide quality services to our clients. I love how flexible HealthPRO is and how willing everyone is to try new things and make processes better!

      Cons

      Not as well known. HealthPRO Heritage is the "parent" company for many locations that we work with, so we are not always branded and known as HealthPRO Heritage.
