There is definitely room for advancement. I started as a temp consumer advocate on a 6 months contract and am now working in agent support as a salaried employee! We are making an actual impact on the lives of people all across the country and it's so rewarding. I hope to see more companies model what they have accomplished.
Cons
While there is always room for improvement, management is actually already on top of it. They know what works and what doesn't work by listening to their employees and it makes a difference.
