The hours and ability to get overtime.
Cons
the more I worked the less I got. I never received a bonus cause I didn't cheat the system like others. Handled numerous of accounts and trained numerous of people who still didn't get it and watched them bonus but I could never seem to receive one. My disability of being deaf kept me from moving up.
