Cons
Management has extremely high turnover but fails to recognize it due to not assessing HOPCo corporate from the Core Institute. Company culture and morale is poor due to high turnover, lack of processes and leaders lacking organizational leadership or management skills. Company provides little to employee in regards to career growth, perks (no coffee/breakroom is not kept or stocked), leaders don't value their employees or that appears evident in lack of collaboration, mentorship, recognition and growth. HOPCo practices not efforts to express inclusion
