      Flexibility of schedule, good pay

      Cons

      Worst company I have ever worked for. They are not patient-oriented. All that matters is money and bottom line. Extremely high turnover rate in dietary dept due to low pay and taking away kitchen employee hours. Dietitian turn over is high as well due to unreasonable work load and micromanaging at times. Health insurance sucks.

      It's a job and it pays the bills, but at what cost, the live and mental health of the manager!

      Cons

      False promotion, false promises, false praise, false support like we will add staff, to many lies thinking it will ease stress! Not! Understaffed just to meet demands and get bonuses!
