Pros

Healthcare services group provides environmental services for long term care facilities. This means you help care for people who can no longer care for themselves and provide them with a clean environment. As an account manager, you are the sole representative of the company, on a day-to-day basis, because it is an out sourced vendor. There is a solid structure of services provided by the manual to help the managers secure customer satisfaction and superior service.

Cons

There is a lack of training structure that is not followed by upper management. District managers whom oversee anywhere from seven to thirteen facilities have very little training. Due to the fact that this is a difficult role, district managers tend to struggle and often fail. The lack of training has resulted in poor services, leading to a poor reputation with customers, previous and current.

Pros

coming to work and greeting residents and some of the staff, that helps me through the day, laughing and joking around, just so I don't think about the negativity that comes with working for hcsg and working in a autumn lake building

Cons

working understaffed meaning 3 and half housekeepers, is not gonna cut it and people go on vacation or sick or just off.. the slack is passed down on us and more so on the manager, the company culture uses him and he can never take time off because he's filling in 100 percent of the time.
