Cons
They sell you the job, telling you that you will have benefits, good pay, and you will be a manager. None of these things are true. They make their money by not giving you enough supplies, not paying you or your staff, changing your overtime to regular time, you will not be a manager you will be a janitor doing everything so they don't have to hire staff. Everyone will blame you and you will get moved building to building to make it look like they are trying to correct the problem. Do not work here you will regret it.
