I was able to be creative with the food I cooked, and it was nice to go the extra mile for the residents who lived there.

Extreme nepotism Unpaid wages Hostile working environment Abundance of health code violations that are ignored They gave me one uniform to wear and scheduled me to work 6 days a week in a row. I worked there for months with one work shirt False promises of raises Management lying right to our faces Management leaving passive aggressive notes about workers instead of just speaking to the person Management was fueling the flames between the AM vs PM shift disputes Non stop drama and childlike behavior from the lowest paid worker to the DM Given write ups for doing what I was asked to do (seriously?) No accountability Management views the residents as numbers and not people who are paying to live there Tried to get my direct deposit set up, and my manager never did. She also hid my last check from me, oh and that check didn't have the correct amount of hours on it. After my second check was short a LOT of hours, I was told the hours would be on the next check. They weren't. I was told again they would be on the next check, they weren't. I was told they would be on the NEXT check, they weren't. I still haven't been paid for the hours of overtime I worked. I asked my boss to give me my username and password so I could view my hours in the app they recommend (since they can't be trusted to keep track of my hours), and she never gave me the right log in info, she have me two different sets of passwords and usernames, no combination worked. I've worked a good amount of dead end jobs, but this one really takes the cake. This was the first job I ever did a no call/no show quit. I can't see a reason to keep going into work when I'm not being paid.
