Pros
Other than the hybrid work schedule there were no pros.
Cons
You don’t leave a company, you leave a bad boss but in my case I left both! For almost the entire first year, my supervisor would literally talk over me every time I began speaking. It only stopped after I called a meeting with her explaining how not being able to talk at work made me feel, how disruptive and how disrespectful it was. Being called out clearly upset her but the interruptions did stop. After that, she seldomly said hello and was critical of any work I produced. She was the only other person on my “team” so it made my job miserable! The life blood of this company is their front line staff, I worked at the corporate office, where our job should have been to take care of those frontline employees. It was the opposite, in fact, the front line staff are looked down upon, mocked and disrespected. The attitude of leadership team and every other department is that the front line staff employees were burdensome, unskilled and uneducated workers that are easily replaceable. The bottom line is, even if you’re desperate, don’t work for this company!
