Pros

I did get to do things how I wanted for the most part.

Cons

When it came down to taking stock of the offer; I was offered an Account Manager position at a pay point that was better than my job at the time, once I handed in my notice at the company, they came back saying that they could only offer me roughly $2 more per hour than what I was leaving compared to the $10 more per hour I was told. 2. I was going to work 4x 10 hour days, I started and the 2nd day was told I was going to work 4x14 hour days and a 10 hour day. 3. The benefits I left at the previous company were better priced, HCSG was going to take 1/2 my bi weekly paychecks too cover me and my small family, as compared to the previous company that took 1/4 bi weekly.

Pros

coming to work and greeting residents and some of the staff, that helps me through the day, laughing and joking around, just so I don't think about the negativity that comes with working for hcsg and working in a autumn lake building

Cons

working understaffed meaning 3 and half housekeepers, is not gonna cut it and people go on vacation or sick or just off.. the slack is passed down on us and more so on the manager, the company culture uses him and he can never take time off because he's filling in 100 percent of the time.
