      Large office and free soda.

      If you are looking to work for a company who rewards mediocrity, you’ve picked the right place. Zero training guides will be provided on how to actually do the work. You will be expected to work a shift like a fast food employee and if you are two minutes late, expect to be confronted about it in a passive aggressive manner even though you work in an office setting. They ask their employees to donate to a fund to support other employees who can’t afford housing, etc. instead of just paying these employees a fair wage.

      Pros

      coming to work and greeting residents and some of the staff, that helps me through the day, laughing and joking around, just so I don't think about the negativity that comes with working for hcsg and working in a autumn lake building

      Cons

      working understaffed meaning 3 and half housekeepers, is not gonna cut it and people go on vacation or sick or just off.. the slack is passed down on us and more so on the manager, the company culture uses him and he can never take time off because he's filling in 100 percent of the time.
