Pros
Healthfirst is a solid company overall. The pay and benefits are competitive, and I’ve had no issues. Working from home is a major plus. From my experience, the people who tend to complain are often those who want to set their own rules, put in minimal effort, and still expect full pay. It’s worth noting that disgruntled employees are usually more motivated to leave reviews than those who are satisfied. Personally, I’ve never felt micromanaged. My work gets done, and that trust has always been respected. While there are a few managers who can be a bit much at times, most genuinely strive to understand, support, and help their employees succeed.
