Cons
Executive Leadership that for years blames the rank and file for under performance. Penalizing calibration process used for "ranking" levels of the organization into a forced bell curve. Calibration sessions become punitive as leaders try to lower other leaders staff recommendations in favor of their own. Executive leaders are threatened by any true leaders and replace them with "Yes" leaders who do not think or challenge them. Executive leaders are never wrong in their opinion when in reality any challenges the organization is due to their own inability to lead successfully.
