Pros

Telecommuting ( if you have the right manager)

Cons

The company seems to be unable to provide a good sense of direction as an organization. They tend to make changes for the sake of making changes instead of the good of the organization. This results in a repetitive pattern of changes be implemented for 2 months and then changed again. Culturally it is very much a high school like environment. You must be popular to get ahead in your career as hard work is not rewarded, sadly I have seen the most brilliant people burn out while some of the laziest people are promoted because they made the "right connections". As for benefits the medical is not that great which is quite surprising for a health insurance company. The cost goes up yearly and tends to increase in line with annual raises so negotiate well to try and get ahead of the curve since the cost is based on your annual salary. ( The more you make the higher your premium). Overall it has the potential to be a good company if they were to do a complete overhaul of their leadership team and a great company if they provided any perks ( Basically a paycheck is your perk). Until then I wouldn't refer anyone to this organization there are so many better places for employment.
