Cons
This organization puts on a facade as being innovative and great to work for, but it is all a con. There used to be a company motto that "Employees are the Company". This has diverted drastically to the point where the new motto should read "Employees are Expendable". The last thing this organization values is its employees. Health Insurance benefits are terrible for a company who's business is Health Insurance. The members who benefit from the business have far better coverage than the Healthfirst employee. This organization prides itself in low-balling talent and not ponying up when it comes to salaries. They let scores of talent walk out the door. And as of late, there have been several mass liquidation of staff, where entire teams are being let go, only to have their positions outsourced. The management in this organization is pompous. Quite often, the only way to get ahead is to know someone. They overwork their staff and through the cuts, expect employees to work more without reward.
