This is hard to write, because there are good people here. Healthfirst has good potential, but the atmosphere is rife with confusion and there is little organizational discipline. As a result, it usually takes thrice the effort to get one simple thing done. It's Sisyphus pushing a boulder up the mountain. It is a low functioning organization that operates at a CMMI level 1 maturity level. There are few processes, procedures or training in place, and a broken company culture has lead to low employee morale, low employee satisfaction, and high attrition (employee turnover). It's a revolving door.
