Growing pains. Lack of good leadership! Upper management takes away authority from lower management. It is frustrating. Spending too much time "putting out fires", time consuming investigations, and reports. Very stringent change control takes away any excitement and job satisfaction. Management is out of touch and communication channel is open only top down direction. Meetings are "waste of time" - it is all about deadlines and convoluted change control. I had a feeling that success requires forgetting about family and your private life.
