      Mostly good people to work with. Competitive salary and benefits.

      Cons

      No job security from bottom to top, No appreciation for talented people, much politics going on instead of getting a good job done. Doesn't make a different when you really try to do the job well vs just good enough to not be fired - so most people aren't trying.
