Very Stressful no support - Behavioral Health Clinician Healthfirst Employee Review

Poor Manager and TL, no support for staff. HF should spend money of training their managers so they can retain their talented workers. I have lost 8 coworkers from my team this year. Always micromanaging, no recognition for your hard-work . No room for growth. Very bad work life balance. That’s why I’m in here looking for another opportunity and company that appreciates what I bring to the table.
