You can't use your time off depending on the manager/supervisor. Employees are overworked and underpaid especially when the top execs gross seven figures, this doesn't help the community they claim to serve. Show the same emphasis to the Employee like you claim to show the Member. Too much of a revolving door and unnecessary politics. Discrimination is never addressed. People are only fired when they raise concerns. Career goals don't exist here unless you have a certain look or know a higher up.
