Pros
Being part of an organization that is driving innovation in healthcare is an incredible opportunity. Though change is difficult, there are countless ways to have an impact in moving the organization forward. The team here at HF is extremely committed to the vision and working together to truly be successful.
Cons
Given the amount of change, it is at times overwhelming. Often, leadership and their decisions seem disjointed, less visible, and moving too fast without asking the right questions.
