Position and company allow for telecommuting which adds so much to work/family balance. Opportunity for growth abounds, great group of co-workers. Very flexible with PTO.

At times, processes are put into effect that make it difficult to then carry out prior expectations. It's an evolving company in a changing healthcare environment.
