The only good thing you will experience is the first 2-3 days of orientation. Why? It’s a trap: once orientation is done, you are thrown to the wolves. The HR team is good at painting a fake image of the company. They have mastered the art of deception to luring you . Your best days are those few days with HR, and it stops there.
Cons
Extremely toxic Rule and live with and by fear Management is a joke, extremely disorganized and over complicated process for no reason. Change management is a minefield, approach at your own peril. If you’re considering joining the Security Team: Whatever you do, do not work on the DLP team! You will regret it for the rest of your life. That team consists of the worst of humans. You will be micromanaged, treated with toxicity because the said culprit is despicable with a horrible personality. Just ask around why the turnovers, and find out yourself.
